Uniting the forces of the head, heart and limbs through the Fourth Panel of The Foundation Stone Meditation
In December of 2025, Cynthia Hoven was deeply inspired by the international gatherings and conferences that commemorated and re-enlivened the laying of the meditative foundation stone in 1925. In that spirit, she created a solo Eurythmy Form for the Fourth panel that everyone, everywhere, can do as part of their daily meditative practice. Since then, people around the world have woven this form into their lives and join in a community work to imprint this into the etheric world.
Cynthia will share this form with us in our meeting on December 3rd. All are invited to participate in the form. Anyone who is uncomfortable moving is welcome to sit and take in the form by observing. We hope to see you there!
