Laurie Portocarrero is an actor, storyteller, drama teacher and director. During our Saturday and Sunday workshops Laurie will draw on  tools from drama, speech and movement to help us deepen our self-knowledge and to meet one another with greater understanding and humanity.

How do we carry ourselves? How do we meet others? Can shifting and fine tuning our inner gestures begin to transform our relationships to ourselves and to the Other? Our magic bag of tools includes games and exercises drawn from Chekhov acting, Spatial Dynamics, speech formation, and many years of working with group process.

There will be individual, partner and group exercises full of play and fun, as well as moments to reflect together on what we are experiencing.
